Children’s issues are generally resolved in three to five sessions. Children make excellent hypnosis subjects. They tend to respond to hypnotic suggestion better than adults because they are more in touch with their imaginations and lack preconceived ideas. Their natural creativity and ability to visualize are the optimal qualities for successful hypnotherapy. Children’s sessions often incorporate art, play, and stories. Different techniques are used according to the age and maturity of the child.
Hypnosis works well for children aged six and above. Learn more about how hypnosis can help your child by scheduling a free consultation.
